What an experience to tag along with some amazing chefs, foodies & hospitality ppl.
and Team Canada put together a menu to highlight grains grown in Ontario.
I change fryer oil, wipe counter, fetched trays and goods, cut parchment, almost ruined some croquettes for a courseš©, learned some techniques, washed dishes.
Not everyday you get to soak in the culinary elite execute their craft. Have to be versatile and a team player, thereās levels to this ting.
