10:30- 12pm Guided Hike by yours truly Denise Kennedy,
Still bringing into awareness Gratitude and taking the time to look up and see the landscape, look down to catch the fluorescent green grass hopper or the tiny snake that slithered across the trail.
The multitude of birds singing and the wind blowing oh so gently through the forest all around us.
Then the bonus Barefoot Creek frolicking as Kim Kim Dayle Andrews would call it.
It was just perfect...
Everything it needed to be ❤️
We finished the hike at the bottom of the park, where we noticed the kids fairy trail full of decorated bird houses, fairies and painted rocks and the coolest mushroom ever.
From here we came together for a much deserved slow stretch in the grass, taking some good long inhales and exhaling feeling the energy all around us with so much gratitude ..
12-1pm Happy Hour
Hand crafted Mocktails and a delicious healthy light lunch (charcuterie)
Today we tasted our 0 percent sober alcohol
