The best part of catering orders is when there is a teeny bit left and I get a lil treat.

I only had filling and enough pot pie crust for a ramekin’s worth so I made a top with crunched up corn chips.

And a little bowl of lasagna spinach filling got tossed with linguine, then topped with the little bit of bolognese, covered with Daiya and baked.
