These fluffy beauties are only around for a blink (May & June), so don’t wait to grab a bunch while they’re blooming big.

Here are 5 fun facts about peonies:

They symbolize romance, prosperity, and good luck.

Some peony varieties can live over 100 years in the garden!

The blooms can open up to 10 inches wide—hello, drama!

Peonies come in shades from pure white to deep burgundy (and even coral! *My personal fave*)

They’re known to attract ants—which actually help them bloom!
