Former UFC Fighter Elias Theodorou has passed away at the age of 34 after battle with cancer

Theodorou made his UFC debut on The Ultimate Fighter Nations Canada vs. Australia where won the Middleweight Championship that season. He compiled a record of 7-3 with the promotion before parting ways in 2019. He went on to win 3 more fights with the most recent being in December of last year.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family & friends. 🙏

Facing off against your future opponent can for some be a motivating tool, a way to boost confidence by looking for already existing glimpses or planting seeds of self doubt within their opponents mind. On the flipside, this gives their opponents the same opportunity to do so to them.
Strong minds are required long before a strong body comes into play.
