Day of coordination? Not at SAWC.

Your wedding deserves more than someone showing up with a timeline and hoping everything falls into place.

Our Event Management experience begins 12 weeks before your wedding because seamless ex*****on starts long before the wedding day.
For South Asian weddings with multiple events, vendors, traditions and hundreds of moving pieces, preparation isn’t optional. It’s everything.

The greatest compliment isn't that everything went according to plan.

It's hearing that our couples and their families felt supported every step of the way.

Thank you, Mr. Mohan, for your kind words and for trusting SAWC with such an important day of your daughters life.

While you're soaking in every moment with your favourite people...

We're checking timelines, coordinating vendors, managing logistics and making sure everything is exactly where it needs to be.

Because your wedding day should feel like this... calm, joyful and completely stress-free.

Planning a wedding is months of preparation.
Executing it is where the magic happens.✨️

For Nirushi & Mathushan's beautiful South Indian wedding at Three Feathers Terrace, our role wasn't just to keep a timeline. It was to ensure every vendor was aligned, every detail was in place, and every moment unfolded exactly as planned.

From coordinating vendors and styling the finishing touches to setting table numbers and solving the little things no one else notices, our team worked quietly behind the scenes so the couple and their families could simply be present.
The most memorable weddings aren't just beautiful. They're seamless.

Congratulations to Nirushi & Mathushan, and thank you for trusting SAWC with such an important chapter of your journey. It was an honour to stand beside you every step of the way.
Planning a South Indian wedding or multicultural celebration? We'd love to help you enjoy your wedding day instead of managing it.

There was a time when people would tell me, "There's something different about the way you plan weddings."

My business coach Jiwan Dhaliwal | Identity + Career Coach , who was also one of my brides, had a name for it.
"The Neha Magic."✨️

Every time she asked me what it meant, I'd smile and say, "I don't know."
I thought I was simply doing what any wedding planner would do.

But over the years, I realized the magic was never about me.It's about making people feel calm in the middle of chaos.

It's making parents feel heard, helping two families become one, speaking the language that makes someone feel understood, and quietly solving problems before they ever reach the couple.

It's the hugs at the end of the night. The tears from a grateful parent. The messages that say, "You made this feel easy or "You took a bullet for us."

Those moments reminded me that weddings aren't just about timelines or logistics.
They're about people.

And if "The Neha Magic" means making people feel seen, cared for and supported through one of the biggest days of their lives, then that's something I'll proudly carry with me.

Thank you to everyone who has trusted SAWC with your story. You are the reason this magic exists. ❤️✨️

While families are reconnecting and emotions are running high, SAWC is ensuring the speaker is ready, Panditji has everything he needs, the milni haars are organized and presented beautifully, the right family members are in the right place, and everyone knows exactly when it's their turn.
We're also keeping the energy high, answering last-minute questions and making sure no one feels lost in the moment.

The goal isn't just to keep things on schedule. It's to create a warm, seamless welcome where both families can focus on what truly matters... celebrating each other.

Because when the logistics are taken care of, you're free to be fully present.

That's what couples don't see during a Milni. And that's exactly why we're there.

Save this reel if you're planning a South Asian wedding, and share it with someone who thinks a planner only appears when the ceremony begins.

Every intercultural wedding tells a story that's unlike any other. It's about two families, two cultures and two traditions coming together to create one celebration.

At SAWC, we believe every family should feel equally seen, respected and included throughout the planning process. From coordinating ceremonies to hosting rehearsals before the wedding day, our role is to help everyone feel comfortable, confident and prepared for what's to come.

One thing we don't do? We never dictate ceremonial traditions. Every culture, family and ceremony is unique. We work alongside your priest, officiant and families, following their guidance while ensuring everything flows seamlessly behind the scenes.

Claudia & Sahil's wedding at the beautiful Pearle Hotel & Spa was a perfect reminder that the most memorable weddings aren't about choosing one tradition over another. They're about honouring both with intention, respect and love.
If you're planning an intercultural wedding, you don't need to choose between your cultures. You deserve a celebration where both stories are beautifully woven together.

Save this post if you're planning an intercultural wedding, and send it to your partner as a reminder that your wedding can celebrate both families equally.

The baraat lasts about 30 minutes.
The coordination behind it starts long before the music does.

While your family is dancing, we are making sure the horse is in the right place, the dhol player knows the route, vendors are in position, the groom's side is assembled, the bride's family is ready to welcome everyone, and the celebration moves safely from start to finish.

Some moments require directions in English. Some conversations happen in Punjabi. Others in Hindi.

Behind every smile is constant communication, quick decisions and a team working together so you never have to worry about what's happening next.

Because the best weddings aren't remembered for perfect timelines. They're remembered for how they made everyone feel.

That's what couples don't see during a baraat. And that's exactly what we're there for.

Save this reel if you're planning a South Asian wedding, and share it with someone who thinks wedding planning ends once the baraat begins.
