The Garnet Affair was everything South Asian weddings are — loud in the best way, layered with meaning and impossible to forget. Crimson velvet, cascading gold, live music, florals that filled the room and bridal wear that said everything without saying a word.

Haraot's EPIC 13th Birthday that we coordinated for the most wonderful parents and .ca . We were so blessed to be a part of this event and each detail speaks for itself. We coordinated over 15 vendors from venue, decor, AV, DJ to bartender, cake, sweet table and entertainment. For a 13th birthday, we had photobooth, violin, magician, bhangra, dhol and so much more.

Handwritten notes from our couples hit different. This is a special one from our bride as we helped her with 3 events and they were all so unique in their own way.

We started Nikkah planning in 2022 and then mehndi and shaadi in 2023. I have to admit that this wedding was our biggest project till date with . Managing 28 vendors for segregated events and ensuring each event was planned with love and creativity.

Thankyou Samin and Karim was trusting our advice, recommendations and suggestions. Also special shoutout to my partner in planning .chopra as we worked through hours of details for this wedding.

Team SAWC had the honor of planning an open house for where we created an incredible experience for couples getting married and looking for a venue and other exclusive vendors. We were brought on board by the inhouse decor team to help plan and coordinate this event. We created a moodboard that had all details on entertainment, Valet Parking,floorplan design and a photoshoot with models. Our stationery designer created custom passports and boarding passes for all couples with event information and vendors. The event was a huge success and a shoutout to all the 52 vendors that participated and provided their services.
