Wednesday February 12th will be the last day to get your tickets by contacting a committee member, e-transfer to [email protected], or buying directly at the Notre Dame Fresh Mart!

It’s apple season!
We will often try and fill these cute little ramikens with whatever is in season. Earlier in the year we had warm rhubarb upside down cake and served it with a dollop of ice cream, it was pillowy and sweet and tart and just heavenly..!

Mother, daughter, and granddaughters.. the 2nd photo shows one of the grand babies at 6 weeks strapped to her mom during a busy catering day. This was right before COVID started. Seems like a lifetime ago…
