Meet Ramsey, he’s been with us for over a decade before we had a full kitchen or delivery van, and he’s been a steady hand through every chapter since. If you’ve ever ordered one of our beautiful grazing boards, it’s likely he was the guy behind it.

Q. How has SERVED changed since you started?
I started working with Trevor when he was doing all of the prep out of his house. I would always help out at weekend events during the summer. Soon the business started growing and Trevor offered me a full-time position, now it’s been over 10 years that I’ve been working with SERVED.

Q. What do you like to do when you’re not in the kitchen or on deliveries?
I love going to farmers markets, listening to deep house, and exploring hidden spots around the city.

Q. What has kept you at SERVED for over ten years?
I genuinely feel at home here. Over the years I’ve been able to adapt to every change and it’s been a journey I’ve truly appreciated.
