I am absolutely over the moon to share that Chef John — a long-time teacher, mentor, and inspiration — is officially joining the Tranquility Acres team!

Chef John was my very first cooking teacher back in high school, and he always says it was his best job ever. Over the years, and especially this past year, he has gone above and beyond in helping me with the business and the food side of things. His dedication, encouragement, and endless willingness to support others have been nothing short of incredible.

He inspires everyone around him to be themselves and to grow, and it’s truly an honor to now welcome him as part of our team.

We are so delighted to have him, and I can’t wait to see the amazing things we’ll create together at Tranquility Acres. 💚

We’re Finally Here – Pavilion Siding is Going Up!

After a year of unexpected delays and added expenses, we are beyond excited to finally be moving forward with finishing the front siding of our pavilion!

Last season, we had no choice but to put up temporary siding due to late arrivals and unforeseen construction setbacks. While our guests still enjoyed the beautiful interior and everything the space had to offer, we’ve been eager to bring the full design vision to life—and now it’s finally happening!

As the owner, I absolutely love the process of designing and building, but I’d be lying if I said it didn’t come with a lot of juggling—especially while running a business and managing multiple projects at once. The emotional toll of delays, especially when faced with contractor challenges and a lack of transparency, has made this milestone even more meaningful.

With our first event of the season just two weeks away, we’re in full swing getting everything polished and perfect. Here’s a peek at what we’ve got on the go—stay tuned for the final reveal and all the magic this space was meant to bring!
