We’ve been a little MIA on social media lately, but for the best possible reason! 🤍

Behind the scenes, our team has been incredibly busy preparing spreads for events of every kind.

From baby showers and bridal showers to morning-of wedding platters, family gatherings, funerals and celebrations of life, this summer has kept our kitchen full and our hearts even fuller.

Every table pictured represents a special moment in someone’s life.

Some have been filled with excitement and celebration, while others have brought loved ones together during incredibly difficult days. Whatever the occasion, it is always an honour to be trusted with the food.

And we couldn’t have made it through such a busy summer without our amazing staff. From the hours of preparation to arranging every sandwich, piece of fruit, sweet treat and finishing touch, you helped everything run smoothly and made every spread something we could be proud of. We are so grateful for each of you! ❤️

A bridal shower this beautiful deserved a foodscape to match. 💍✨

We had the pleasure of creating this abundant spread for a beautiful bridal shower, with every detail designed to give guests plenty to graze, enjoy and come back for seconds, because how could you choose just one thing?! 😍

We started with fresh Mediterranean salad and colourful Caprese skewers with pesto on the side, then created individual charcuterie cups filled with salami, prosciutto, cheddar and marble cheese, dried apricots, mixed nuts, chocolate-covered pretzels and artisan crackers.

For something warm and savoury, we served fresh chicken kabobs with sweet red onion and peppers, marinated in Big Ol’ Bears Sweet & Tangy BBQ sauce and paired with tzatziki.

Guests could also enjoy a fresh veggie spread with broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, peppers, cherry tomatoes and cucumbers with our famous homestyle ranch dip.

And those croissants! Freshly baked, light and airy, and filled with a selection of chicken salad, Muriel’s famous egg salad and ham & cheese, with condiments served on the side.

Fresh cherries, red and green grapes and cantaloupe added pops of colour throughout the foodscape, while our dessert swing became a sweet little showstopper of its own, filled with bite-sized raspberry, lemon, pecan and butter tarts.

From the individual charcuterie cups to the dessert swing, colourful skewers and every thoughtfully placed detail, we wanted this table to feel just as special as the celebration itself.

A graduation celebration deserves a spread that makes you stop and say: WOW!!

We had so much fun creating this overflowing grazing table for a special graduation celebration last week, and yes, it tasted every bit as good as it looked!

One of the most important parts of our catering business is making sure ALL guests can gather around the table and feel comfortable enjoying what’s been prepared for them. This entire spread was created NUT & SESAME FREE, without sacrificing the variety, abundance or beautiful presentation that makes our foodscapes so special.

We filled the table with salami, pepperettes, oven-roasted turkey, Black Forest ham and prosciutto, alongside peppers, cucumbers, cauliflower, broccoli, carrots and cherry tomatoes. Then came ALL the fruit such as cantaloupe, pineapple, strawberries, blueberries, oranges, red and green grapes, watermelon and fresh cherries.

Of course, no table is complete without cheese! Marble, old aged cheddar and mozzarella were paired with a beautiful cheeseball flower made with nut-and sesame-free crackers.

And we weren’t finished! Artisan baguettes and crackers were tucked throughout alongside mango peach and white chocolate raspberry scones, butter tarts, chocolate croissants and cinnamon buns. We finished it all with mustard, mayo, sweet & tangy BBQ sauce from Big Ol’ Bears BBQ Sauce and homestyle ranch dip.

From the salami roses and colourful produce to the delicate details tucked into every corner, this is what we mean when we talk about creating a masterpiece for you and your guests to enjoy. We don’t simply put food on a table we create an experience that becomes part of your celebration.

There is something incredibly special about serving meals that fuel adventure, spark confidence, and put smiles on children’s faces. 💛

All summer long, we’ve had the absolute pleasure of preparing some individual charcuterie-style lunch boxes for the amazing campers attending Horse Sense for Kids at BnR Stables. (Horse Sense for Kids/BNR Stables ).

Every lunch is thoughtfully packed with a balanced variety of fresh foods inspired by Canada’s Food Guide, giving campers the energy they need for busy days spent learning, exploring, riding, and making lifelong memories at the barn!

Inside each box you’d find a wholesome selection of fresh vegetables, fruit, quality meats and cheeses, crackers, and nutritious snacks, plus a little sweet treat, because we believe every child deserves a brownie or cookie after a day full of fun!

One of our favourite details to add? The handwritten words of encouragement on every single box. Whether it’s “You can do great things,” “Reach for the stars,” or “Believe in yourself,” our hope for each child was to remind them that they are capable, valued, and celebrated before they even open their lunch. Sometimes the smallest touches leave the biggest impact!

What a weekend! 💛

From heartfelt celebrations of life to joyful girls’ nights in, beautiful bridal showers, milestone 50th anniversary celebrations, and family gatherings, our team had the privilege of being part of SO many meaningful moments. We also had plenty of charcuterie boxes heading out the door for pick-up, proving that no event is too big or too small to deserve something delicious!

One thing we take great pride in is making sure every guest feels included. Whether guests were gluten-free, vegetarian, or had other dietary preferences, we created individual boxes so everyone could enjoy the same beautiful experience without compromise. Because great food should bring everyone to the table!

There is something so special about being a small part of life’s biggest celebrations!!

We had the honour of catering a beautiful baby shower at Lock 3 Museum, bringing together a spread made for gathering, sharing, and creating memories around the table.

Guests enjoyed freshly prepared sandwiches featuring oven roasted turkey, black forest ham, and slow roasted roast beef served on freshly baked baguettes, along with our award-winning egg salad on soft, light and airy croissants.

Of course, no celebration table is complete without the little details everyone loves. A colourful selection of fresh vegetables such as cherry tomatoes, peppers of all colours, cauliflower, broccoli and carrots. As well as seasonal fruit including strawberries, blueberries, grapes, watermelon, cantaloupe, pineapple and more! Plus a beautiful assortment of meats and cheeses featuring genoa salami, pepperettes, summer sausage, and pepper sausage. Along with brie, aged cheddar, mozzarella, and marble cheese.

And we couldn’t forget one of our favourite conversation pieces, our famous Pringle cheeseball flower paired with artisan crackers!

Whether it’s a baby shower, bridal shower, family celebration, corporate event, or a special moment in between, we believe food should do more than fill plates, it should bring people together.

Some days are all about creating memories, and today was one of those days. ❤️

We spent Father’s Day morning at Northend Church serving up just over 200 Old Fashioned Root Beer Floats for dads, grandpas, father figures, and families celebrating together! 🥤

There’s just something about creamy vanilla ice cream, frosty root beer, and a whole lot of smiles that makes for the perfect Father’s Day treat.

We loved seeing everyone gather, laugh, connect, and enjoy a little taste of nostalgia. From the first float to the 200th, it was such a joy to be part of today’s celebration.

A huge thank you to Northend Church for having us and to everyone who stopped by for a float. We hope your day was filled with great memories, great company, and maybe a little extra sweetness too.

Cheers to all the dads and father figures who show up, work hard, love big, and make a difference every day. ❤️
