PAYMENT
♡ All orders are custom made for you & must be paid in full in advance to place your order. Method of payments I accept are EMT (electronic money transfer) or a cash payment brought to my home.
♡ All current turn around times can be up to 3 weeks. I do work full time from early spring to late fall for our landscaping company and limited hours i
n the winter. I also am very much involved in volunteer work year round. I do offer a “Rush Order” option which is $15.00 that will allow your order to be done before regular turn around time. Please contact me if you are needing your order quicker than my above stated turn around time.
♡ All orders are non-refundable. If washing instructions are not followed which can lead to product being ruined, a replaceable one will not be provided as I can not guarantee product has been cared for properly. A washing instruction card will be included with each order.
♡ Proofs for designs: Design proofs will be sent out to you the customer for approval to ensure all information/spelling is correct. If there is a mistake after your approval there will be no refund. Please double check all designs to make sure product is how you would like it to be. Each pricing includes 3 revision drafts, for any more there is a $5.00 fee per revision. SHIPPING
♡ All orders are currently a three week turn around until your order will be shipped out. All products are handmade and made to order. Orders are completed by in the order I receive them.
♡ Any items damaged in transit must be reported to me within 48 hours of delivery and accompanied by a photograph of the damaged item and the shipping supplies (this will be used for insurance purposes for a refund). Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable. A new item will not be sent or refund given until 1. A photo is received of the broken item or 2. The original item is sent back to seller (I would accept a tracking number as proof of a shipment back to me).
♡ Your satisfaction is VERY important to me! If a personalized item is incorrectly made, a replacement will be shipped to you at no additional cost. However, please note that if items are personalized incorrectly based on incorrect information being provided, these are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please double-check your personal message to seller before placing your order.
♡ All products are shipped with Canada Post (with tracking & insurance) and a tracking number will be sent to you once it has been shipped.
♡ Please understand once it is picked up by Canada Post shipping times are out of my control and there may be delays (due to holidays, weather, etc.). This is not the seller’s responsibility if shipped on time but does not arrive at the expected arrival date. We can only assure you the date we ship it by, not the date of arrival. All products are shipped by regular shipping timelines, if you need your order sooner please contact me before purchasing your listing as extra charges will apply. REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
♡ Since orders are custom made for you, I do not allow cancellations or refunds once orders are placed and paid for. If an item is received damaged or incorrect due to my error, a refund or replacement will be offered at no cost to the buyer.
♡ Please note changes to orders AFTER payment is received are not guaranteed for order may have already been started/completed. If you message me right away with a change request, I will communicate with you if I am able to execute your requests. Due to timing, I may have already started completed your order and not be able to make changes. ADDITIONAL POLICIES & FAQS
♡ WILL THE GLITTER COME OFF MY GLASSWARE? Each and every glassware is carefully handmade. The glitter is completely sealed and no shedding will occur.
♡ HOW DO I WASH MY GLASSWARE ITEM? Each item will come with washing instructions to follow. To wash, you to gently hand wash your cup with love. Use a soft sponge, regular dish soap, and gently pat dry or air dry. They cannot go through the dishwasher or in the microwave. Do not soak glassware.
♡ WILL THE VINYL COME OFF? The vinyl used is professional grade vinyl, the same kind they use for car decal. It is not just simply a sticker. It will withstand your daily use and washing when properly cared for. Please do not pick at the vinyl or scratch it off or it can damage and begin to come up. Gently pat, not scrub, when washing and do not soak the glassware. Again washing instructions will be attached to your order.
♡ WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP? My current turn around time is 2-3 weeks before shipping new orders. Please understand these items are carefully handmade and include many, many steps to make. I work hard every day to get orders out.
