🌺❤️Salsa Culture

👍Mexico – Dozens of salsas (mole verde, salsa de cacahuate, salsa macha). Every taqueria has a salsa bar with varying heat levels—choosing your salsa is ritual.
👍Central America – Often lighter, cabbage‑based salsas (curtido).
👍US Southwest – Tex‑Mex styles (e.g., creamy jalapeño salsa), plus the rise of jarred salsa brands (Pace, Herdez) as pantry staples.
