You’re warmly invited to slow down with us on Sunday, February 1, for a celebratory outdoor gathering by the fire.

February 1 marks a turning point in the natural year. Traditionally known as Imbolc among the ancient Celts, it falls midway between the winter solstice and the spring equinox. The days were slowly lengthening, lambing season began, and signs of spring growth became visible.

All hopeful signs, all rooted in nature.

We’ll take some quiet time to write our personal reflections or intentions for the year ahead, then gently offer them to the fire—so they may be transmuted into action. Treechild will join us with songs. All are welcome.

We’ll have candles, paper, and pencils ready for you. Dress warmly!

Pre-registration is required (no fee). Pets welcome. �Send us a DM to learn more and to save your spot.

Winter Moss Garden Workshop!!

Moss, the first out of the water plant, has so much to teach us.

In this moss garden workshop with Susan Larder of Foraged Florals, you create a beautiful indoor garden, complete with spring bulbs, that’s easy to care for yet gives months of pleasure, anticipating when the bulbs will bloom.

In the workshop, you will learn:
• design principles
• the meaning of moss & how to harvest sustainably
• materials required for a healthy indoor garden.

Four workshop dates available in January & February. Lunch voucher for The Hearth Room Cafe at Ross Farm Museum included in price.
