The story of Green Escape Catering began in 2011 when a journey across Pictou County revealed the incredible richness of this region’s fertile soil and its proximity to the ocean. Blessed with an abundance of fresh seafood and farms that produce some of the finest meat, cheese, and vegetables in the world, the vision for Green Escape Catering was born.

Founded by a Red Seal chef with roots in Sri Lanka, Green Escape Catering combines global expertise with a deep passion for showcasing local ingredients. After living and working in culinary hotspots like Italy, Dubai, England, and the Maldives, our founder was inspired to bring the diverse flavors of the world back home to Pictou County. By blending the best of local produce, seafood, and meats with innovative techniques and international influences, Green Escape Catering creates unique, unforgettable menus.
