Hello everyone!

It’s been awhile since I’ve posted. I took almost a year long break but I think I’m ready to dive back in!

Starting off my return with shouting out a brand new business as of June 6th! I had the pleasure of starting my first day with them yesterday!

Some things to know about Root to Soul Wellness:

- You can find the owner, Amanda in the shop. Amanda has a bright cheerful energy and has a kind and gentle light about her. She makes the space feel welcoming as well as calm and safe.
- You can find many amazing vendors in the shop portion as well as tarot card decks and crystals!
- Root to Soul also has Reiki sessions done by its wonderful owner Amanda as well as Reflexology and spa massage sessions with Jenn (Who is also welcoming new clients) and Emily who is a Registered Practical Nurse who specializes in Foot Care. These amazing ladies have truly amazing gifts!
- Root to Soul hosts event nights! Check out their page to see their list of upcoming events!
- You will be welcomed into a safe, calming environment. 🦋

We are sitting in absolute awe and overflowing with gratitude for everyone who joined us last night for our first ever and SOLD OUT Sound Bath Meditation & Full Moon Ceremony.

Thank you for bringing your beautiful energy, open hearts, and presence to our sacred circle. It is an absolute honor to hold this space for you to release, recharge, and align.

Create with intention in this guided altar design workshop exploring form, ritual, and meaning—ending with a collective altar and meditation

Led by Megan Lumgair, the Founder and Creative Director of studio free folk, the Creative Altar Design Workshop invites participants into a space where play, presence, and intentionality guide the process—creating an artful harmony between fluidity and foundational design.

Distilled into simple teachings, we will explore the origin and purpose of altars, what to include, where to place items, and how to arrange an altar.

Before closing, participants will design a collective circular altar and be guided through a calming, contemplative meditation practice.

What’s Included

A collection of carefully chosen antiques, art pieces, heirlooms, and intricate objects from the natural world for the collective altar.

Wild-gathered grasses, flowers, and thickets for the collective altar.

An email copy of the presentation, including prompts, a mood board for inspiration, and 30-day free access to a library of meditation, movement, and breath-work practices.
