This immersive Water Ceremony is a unique experience designed to bridge the science of water ionization with the intention, energy, and ritual of spiritual wellness.

Together, we’ll explore the different settings and benefits of ionized water while diving into the energetic relationship we have with the water we consume every day. Through guided intention-setting and mindful ritual, we’ll bring awareness to the ways energy, words, and frequency can influence our overall well-being.

We are sitting in absolute awe and overflowing with gratitude for everyone who joined us last night for our first ever and SOLD OUT Sound Bath Meditation & Full Moon Ceremony.

Thank you for bringing your beautiful energy, open hearts, and presence to our sacred circle. It is an absolute honor to hold this space for you to release, recharge, and align.

We are already buzzing with excitement for our next experience! We cannot wait to see familiar faces again and warmly welcome new ones into our growing community. Our grand opening is June 6 from 3-6pm and we hope to see you there!

Create with intention in this guided altar design workshop exploring form, ritual, and meaning—ending with a collective altar and meditation

Led by Megan Lumgair, the Founder and Creative Director of studio free folk, the Creative Altar Design Workshop invites participants into a space where play, presence, and intentionality guide the process—creating an artful harmony between fluidity and foundational design.

Distilled into simple teachings, we will explore the origin and purpose of altars, what to include, where to place items, and how to arrange an altar.

Before closing, participants will design a collective circular altar and be guided through a calming, contemplative meditation practice.

What’s Included

A collection of carefully chosen antiques, art pieces, heirlooms, and intricate objects from the natural world for the collective altar.

Wild-gathered grasses, flowers, and thickets for the collective altar.

An email copy of the presentation, including prompts, a mood board for inspiration, and 30-day free access to a library of meditation, movement, and breath-work practices.

Whether you are an experienced practitioner or completely new to lunar rituals, our sacred space welcomes you exactly as you are.

Compassionate Guidance: Led by the wonderful Amber McKeown, who will hold space and guide us through this transformative evening.

Join us for an evening of deep relaxation, nervous system restoration, and immersive healing frequencies designed to help you slow down, release stress, and reconnect with yourself.

Through the soothing vibrations of sound, this experience offers a gentle space for grounding, reflection, and energetic renewal.

Last night we stepped out of the everyday busy-ness of business renovations and course certifications, and into something a little more sparkly. ✨

Topher and I attended the 13th Annual Business Excellence Awards Gala hosted by the Lennox & Addington Chamber of Commerce, and it was such a joy to be surrounded by so many local businesses doing meaningful, creative, and community-driven work.

We even got swept into one of those 360 camera moments—and yes, it was equal parts elegant and silly in the best way. A reminder that business doesn’t always have to be so serious; there’s room for celebration, laughter, and a little spin-around joy too. 💫
