All set to go for Melissa and Brenden. Actually the day has been going already, part way through dinner already. But great day so far! Looking forward to the dance portion of the evening... up soon!

Busy weekend ahead, with 2 Weddings with 2 great couples, both in the same venue!

Today, off to The Marshes Golf Club to celebrate with Melissa and Brenden! Should be a fun one! Looking forward to getting everyone up to dance.

Had a great night Saturday with Laya and Kasie! Some great dancing and Elvis showed up for a 30 minute set of great tunes. Congratulations guys and all the best in your future years together. It was great working with you!

Back at it this weekend. Off to the Great Hall at Fort Henry as we prepare to Celebrate the Wedding Day for Kasie and Laya!

LOTS of fun is set for today with everyone. Looking forward to it.

Wedding #2 last weekend had me at Le Belvedere for Monika and Alex's Reception.

The day started quietly as Monika and Alex held a quiet Ceremony outside of the venue with a smaller group of family and friends before everyone else arrived during the cocktail period to Celebrate with them.

A quick introduction of the new couple led into an extended cocktail period with everyone before settling into a nice dinner. The only speech this evening was from the Bride and Groom, so dinner flowed with very little interruption. The couple asked that I do a round of The Shoe Game with them, which we did and it got some great crowd reactions.

The dance floor began with their First Dance, which this evening featured Nothing's Gonna Hurt You Baby from Ci******es After S*x. A combined Parents Dance followed and then we kicked the Dance Floor open with a traditional Serbian song in which the entire room participated. From that point the dance floor was quite busy and slowly eased off as the night went on, but still managed to make our Midnight cutoff. It was a fun night overall.

Thank You again to Monika and Alex for using my services for your big day. I'm hoping I met your expectations and that you enjoyed the music throughout the day. Wishing you all the best in your future years together and maybe will see you sometime in the future lighting up a dance floor.

I had this weekend off (Victoria Day Weekend), as we Celebrated our 2nd Grandchild's arrival into the world. The rest of May and June are quite busy after this. Back on the road next Saturday...

It's been quite busy since last weekends Weddings, so just getting around to getting these up now.

Last Saturday we were at Sala San Marco to work the Wedding for Olivia and Aidan. I wasn't sure where this day was going to lead, as when I met with the couple for the last time prior to the Wedding, they were pretty certain that it was going to be a very sparse dance floor at best. I do what I do, prepared as I normally would and away we went.

The day started with a very nice Ceremony, uniting the two of them in front of their families and friends. The Ceremony was held in the same room as the Reception, so once it was completed, a little table shuffling took place to prepare for the rest of the day.

After my opening remarks for the evening, dinner was served, which was great, as usual. The couple went on to cut the cake and then we began the festivities on the dance floor with Olivia and Aidan's First Dance, which tonight featured Coldplay's Yellow. A Father / Daughter Dance followed and then it was time to dance, and I will have to say, for a small crowd of around 40 people, they danced up a storm all night, running us right to the Midnight cutoff time. Lots of fun was had throughout the night and it was nice to see that the group did actually want to dance all night.

Thank You Olivia and Aidan for trusting me with your Wedding Day. I hope I met your expectations and that you enjoyed every aspect of the day. Wishing the two of you nothing but a great future together and hope to maybe see you guys sometime in the future, on a dance floor again! All The Best!

Welcome back to Jamie and Dillon! They have added to their little family and have now decided to move forward with earlier Wedding plans!

We will now all congregate on October 10, 2026 at the West Carleton Amateur Sports Club to celebrate their big day!
