Had some fun playing with some flavours tonight. Used Hemmy’s Peachin Ain’t Easy, Honey I smoked the Garlic, Craddyshack BBQ’s Garmesan, Meat Church Lemon Pepper. Sauces were honey and Saucy Bastards Peach Please. Was a very tasty supper tonight.

Was lucky enough to feed the fine folks of the Gibbons fire department that was training this weekend. Saturday was Pulled pork, baked beans and coleslaw. Sunday was 1/4 chicken, Mac and cheese with Maple Bacon Cornbread.

What a fun day playing in the snow. Catered the Morinville Legion Br. 176 80th anniversary as well as Legion Canada’s 100th anniversary. Fed the hungry crowd Ribs, chicken, pasta salad, coleslaw, buns with cake and assorted squares for dessert. Thank you for trusting us with your event.

Thank you to the Morinville Legion Br. 176 for having us cater there big mile stone. Congratulations to the Legion of Canada on 100 years and Morinville Br.176 on 80 years.
Dinner was Smoked chicken, Ribs, pasta salad, Coleslaw, buns and a beautiful cake for dessert.

First one is this Saturday Smokehouse Grills & Power Equipment from 11-2pm or if we’ll sell out sooner. Please join us for a Pulled pork sandwich, chips and a drink for $13.
