Plot twist: the move wasn’t in the business plan. 😅
And honestly… neither was half of what happened this year.
I’ve been pretty quiet lately because life got busy. Really busy.
But this move isn’t just about changing apartments.
It’s about choosing a different direction.
The last year came with a lot of lessons, a few reality checks, and some moments that forced me to grow whether I wanted to or not.
I’m not sharing this because I have everything figured out. Quite the opposite.
I’m just a person trying to build a life that feels right, making mistakes, learning, adjusting, and moving forward.
And somehow, Techno Matcha is growing with me.
This isn’t a polished startup with a big team behind it. It’s two twin sisters building something unique from scratch and figuring it out as we go.
This is Part 1.
The real behind-the-scenes. The good days, the hard days, the wins, the pivots, and everything nobody usually posts.
I’m moving closer to Montréal, closer to the creative scene, and honestly, closer to the kind of life I’ve been working toward for a long time.
Thank you for sticking around through a difficult year.
We’re still a small community, but that’s exactly what makes this feel special.
