Il existe un genre de journée où tu abats plus d’ouvrage que prévu, et où il te reste encore quelque chose pour ta soirée.

Cette journée-là, on l’a bâtie, et un mardi aux deux semaines on ouvre les portes chez La Maison Ralia pour t’inviter dedans.

✦ Tu arrives à 8h30, tu repars à 16h30, et entre les deux le café coule sans arrêt, parce que nos pour over sont gratuits toute la journée.

✦ Notre son est choisi, ce n’est pas une trame en arrière-plan, parce qu’on comprend l’effet qu’une pièce a sur ton attention.

✦ Nos odeurs sont choisies de la même façon, et elles bougent pour que l’après-midi ne ressemble pas au matin.

✦ Notre nourriture est pensée pour te faire du bien, et si tu préfères amener ton lunch, franchement, ça ne dérange personne.

Tout ça vient de chez nous, et tu vas goûter notre café avant l’ouverture, ce qui est honnêtement notre partie préférée.

We have built that day, and every other Tuesday we open the doors at La Maison Ralia and invite you into it.
