Canada Day Celebration Parc-Ex / Célébration de la Fête du Canada à Parc-Ex As you know, 2017 marks the 150th of Canada Day Celebration Year.

We are in the initial planning stages of a larger than usual event by hosting a 'Multicultural Fair & Festival” at Parc-Ex on July 1st Saturady, 2017. Many of our residents, past and present, have multicultural community spirit and we would welcome

representation from your organization to complement our celebrations. National Bangladeshi-Canadian Council (NBCC) with residents and volunteers of the community of the Villeray-Saint-Michel- Parc-Extension, appreciates the opportunities for the celebrate Canada Funding in this milestone year of 2017 provided by Heritage Canada. Our event connects us with our past and Canada’s past by bringing generations of families from our community together to celebrate who we are and to document who we were.

Comme vous le savez, 2017 marque le 150e anniversaire de la Fête du Canada. Nous sommes en phase de planification initiale d'un événement plus vaste que d'habitude en organisant un «Foire et Festival Multiculturel» au Parc-Ex le samedi 1er juillet 2017. Beaucoup de nos résidents, passés et présents, ont un esprit de communauté multiculturel et nous aimerions recevoir des représentants de votre organisation pour compléter nos célébrations. Le Conseil National des Bangladeshi-Canadiens (CNBC), avec les résidents et les bénévoles de la communauté de Villeray-Saint-Michel-Parc-Extension, apprécie les possibilités pour célébrer le financement du Canada dans cette année 2017 fourni par le Patrimoine Canada. Notre événement nous relie à notre passé et au passé canadien en réunissant des générations de familles de notre communauté pour célébrer qui nous sommes et pour documenter qui nous étions.

Thank you and congratulations to the new citizens of our Citizenship Oath Ceremony. We would like to thank IRCC, the special guests, RCMP, Heritage Canada, Loisirs du Parc and our volunteers for making this event, organized by the National Bangladeshi Canadian Council, a successful one. More photos and videos will be uploaded soon.

Merci et félicitations aux nouveaux citoyens de notre Cérémonie de la Citoyenneté. Nous aimerions remercier IRCC, les invités spéciaux, la GRC, Patrimoine canadien, Loisirs du Parc et nos bénévoles pour avoir rendu cet événement, organisé par le Conseil National des Bangladeshi-Canadiens, réussi.
