Our menu features more than 20 pizza flavours to choose from, and some of them come with a story. The Taco Pizza is one of them. 🍕🌮

In 2005, I spent a year as an exchange student in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. It was a year when I learned a lot about food, discovered new flavours, and tried combinations I had never imagined before.

There was a pizzeria downtown that I used to visit with my friends after school. Every time we went, we would order something different, but I always refused to try the Taco Pizza.

To me, it sounded almost offensive. Lettuce on pizza? Doritos? No way. 😂

So, I kept avoiding it.

Everything changed during my final week in Iowa. I gave my friends carte blanche to choose the things they wanted us to do together before I left; a kind of farewell wish.

Kyle Henning had one request: one last day with the gang at Joe’s Pizzeria, but under one condition…

I had to try the Taco Pizza.

It was love at first bite. ❤️🍕

And to this day, I still regret not ordering it the very first time I went to Joe’s.

Years later, that memory became one of the flavours on our own menu.

Funny how sometimes the things we’re most hesitant to try end up becoming the ones we never forget.

Taco pizza: Tex Mex cheese, Doritos, Lettuce, Guacamole, Sourcream.

Your pizza party don't necessarily have to be outdoors! On the contrary... Most of my pizza parties are indoors. I bring my electric pizza oven (no special outlet, btw) and all the ingredients: my 48h fermented pizza dough, homemade tomato sauce, and all the premium toppings. I start to bake as many pizzas as you could handle for 2 hours. After that I clean and leave the place spotless!

Hungry for pies? Call the pizza guy :)

Last Friday’s mission: feed a bachelorette party. 🍕💍

And honestly… this was a fun one! 😄

Lots of laughs, great energy, and of course, plenty of fresh pizza coming out of the oven all night.

We love being part of celebrations like this! ❤️

Thank you Emily Watling, Robin Reilly Luce Mikayla Connors Kathleen Dunn Caitlin Andrea Guimond for inviting us to be part of such a special night.

And to the bride-to-be we hope the next chapter is just as fun as this party was! 🥂

“Do I have enough space for a Pizza Party?”

Of course you have!

We’ve served pizza in backyards, patios, garages and all kinds of different spaces. We adjust our setup according to your event and make it work.

You don’t need a huge space. Just your guests and a place for us to make some great pizza. 🍕
