Chef Jaswinder Singh has always loved the culinary arts, a talent he inherited from his passion, While Chef Jaswinder Singh initially went to college for studies, he quickly decided that he had to pursue what he was naturally gifted at. He knew the work would be hard, but he felt he couldn’t lose — he knew his family, was depending on him. So armed with determination and passion, he went on and enrolled at the Institute of Hotel Manegment in New Delhi. After Chef Jaswinder pass out with a diploma in culinary arts, his life was about to change forever. He met his mentor, Chefs. He credits all the Chefs for the guidance he provided that had everything to do with making him the success he is today. Chef Jaswinder has worked at many famous group restaurants, including 5 stars Hotels, Top Catering Companies and Brands etc. Always excited about the goodness of food, both in nutrients and taste.

Recently, I had the pleasure of curating an exclusive private party experience featuring a luxurious 5-course fusion menu with 18 thoughtfully crafted dishes. (25 people)

The menu brought together flavours and techniques inspired by Indian 🇮🇳 , Continental🇪🇺, Thai🇹🇭, Chinese🇨🇳, Mexican🇲🇽, Spanish🇪🇸 & French🇫🇷 cuisine, creating a unique culinary journey where different cultures came together on one table.

From beautifully presented appetizers to flavourful mains and elegant desserts, every dish was designed around taste, presentation, balance and the experience of the guests.
