Tri Forged Studios 3D Printing - Casting - Mold Making - Production We are a team dedicated to building the most realistic and unique props and costumes. Don't hesitate to ask!

We use a variety of materials ranging from Pepakura, Bondo, Fiberglass, MDF, EVA foam, silicone rubber molding and Polyurethane plastics. No project is too small or too large. All commissions are considered.

An egg-cellent project with MLSE, the Raptors, and TurboTax, originally showcased at the VIP entrance of Scotiabank Arena before making its way to its permanent home at the TurboTax office

Just dropped! 🪂 We recently built two life-sized supply crates from PUBG — complete with custom concrete bases, spilled water effects (epoxy), rubble, game props, and even custom manhole covers.

These are now proudly on display at the PUBG office.

My last day at Sheridan College!
Over the past few years, it’s been an incredible privilege to teach classes in a field I’m deeply passionate about. I’ve made so many fun and meaningful memories—ones I’ll carry with me for life.

While I still love teaching and sharing what we do at Tri Forged Studios, our studio has been growing quickly, and the time commitment has made it difficult to balance both. So, this isn’t goodbye forever—just a pause while we focus on building an even stronger foundation for the future.

Thank you to everyone who shared this journey with me and tolerated my shenanigans along the way. I’ll never forget you, and I truly hope to cross paths again in the industry someday! 🙂

Big news! We’re officially incorporated!

We’re excited to share that our company has officially incorporated. What began as a small sole proprietorship in 2014 has grown into something larger — and to better support that growth, we are now operating as Tri Forged Inc.

Don’t worry — Tri Forged Studios isn’t going anywhere. It’s still the same creative team, same passion, same hustle — now backed by a more solid foundation for the future. Going forward, you’ll see us listed as:

When moving a project from digital mock-ups to production, we often create a production sample to help visualize the final product before making multiple copies.

This lets us test finishes, textures, and overall design in a real-world setting. Along the way, we run multiple tests and R&D trials to refine the piece and make sure it meets our standards.

These samples also give us a chance to make adjustments if needed, ensuring everything is just right before full production begins.

Some of the custom pieces we created for the Call of Duty team MTX costumes!

Every piece of gear was customized, but these had the most intricate detailing. From a purple chrome tint on the goggles to HTV-applied logos on the gloves. The knee pads were built from 3D models, molded, and cast in flexible foam and rubber, while all painted components were finished with flexible, color-matched paint.

Yellow Google trophies we created for the 2024 Google Search Honours Awards.

The yellow finish was achieved using yellow and orange resin pigment, in very small quantities will come out tinted clear. We used a toothpick tip of orange and 2 drops of yellow for ~40oz of resin.
