Years ago, when we opened our first restaurant, The Big Ragù in 2003 , we had an idea to celebrate Italia’s diverse food culture before they were called supper clubs.
A night in Napoli, A night in Veneto..… one theme was A night at The Opera we showcased 2 different opera, singers, on either floor at the same time it was magical.
Our most successful night barnone was the recreation of the menu from the movie Big Night.
After we sold the restaurant in 2013 we continue doing this at the St. Lawrence market with my good friend Vanessa Yeung and my father in law master Chef Nicola Chiaravalloti of Bona Via Bakery .
Now we’ve reconnected with our good friends Vito & Rosa from 7Numbers. We came up in this crazy business together we love these guys so much they even catered our wedding 24 years ago .
