Okay, this was a food EXPERIENCE. Hands down, it was the most delicious paella I have ever eaten!!

Guests sat in front of a beautiful lake enjoying authentic homemade paella from at Z&M’s reception dinner 🥘

Muchas Gracias I’m trying something new today....

When it comes to food photography, I usually do the “light & bright” style, but today I decided to take some moody images.

These images feature the chicken & seafood “Mixta” paella we ordered from . There is no question the paella is delicious. I love the brightness of the saffron in the Bomba rice, which is why I decided to pair it with a dark, monochrome set up to bring out that punchy colour of the rice.

If you are craving the taste of an authentic Spanish paella, be sure to check for more info and to order. Chef Humberto Sanchez cooks all his paella fresh before they are delivered. These came to our doors still warm.
