A&R had their hearts set on Omni King Edward from the start!

They toured a couple of other venues, but nothing compared. Living just steps away, they could picture their whole day unfolding here before they’d even booked it. And when it came to the ballroom, there was no debate: the Vanity Fair Ballroom was the room, even when upgrades to other spaces were on the table. Some couples just know!

Add to that the fact that A&R found us through two of their friends whose weddings we also planned! There’s something so special about getting to be part of a couple’s story because you were already woven into their friends’. Full circle moments like this are exactly why we love what we do. 🤍

One of our favourite moments of the day: the first look.

Some couples choose to have their first look walking down the aisle, which has its own kind of magic. But there’s something so special about seeing your partner for the first time away from all the eyes, just the two of you soaking it in together.

For E&M, that moment happened on the iconic staircase at the Park Hyatt Toronto. It’s such a stunning spot for a first look: grand and architectural, but somehow still intimate.

After 13 amazing years together, and being engaged since 2021, on June 20, 2026, I finally married my best friend & soulmate James. 🤍

People often asked, “When’s your wedding?” The truth is, I’ve spent the last several years doing what I love most, helping my couples create the wedding days of their dreams. While I was busy planning everyone else’s weddings, ours patiently waited. And looking back now, it was absolutely worth the wait.

Standing there as the bride instead of the planner was a feeling I’ll never forget. Every moment reminded me why I love this industry so much and gave me an even deeper appreciation for the magic that happens behind the scenes.

To every incredible vendor who helped bring our vision to life, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Your talent, creativity, kindness, and hard work made our wedding everything we dreamed it would be. We are forever grateful for the love and care you poured into our day.

To our family and friends, thank you for celebrating with us, cheering us on through the years, and making June 20, 2026, one of the happiest days of our lives.

Monica and Nader said “I do” at St. Maurice and St. Verena, then danced the night away at Arlington Estate surrounded by candlelight and all white florals.
Was a day we won’t soon forget!

M & JP wanted to have a sweet treat with their friends and family after saying “I Do” at their church ceremony so of course we had to get an ice cream truck to roll up. This is a great example of how you can surprise and delight your guests before the evening festivities begin!

when your wedding florals are inspired by your own brand shoot 🌸

Back in february, we did a branding shoot for at Preto Loft and the studio already had the most stunning silk floral setup. I remember standing there thinking… this is exactly what I want for my wedding.

Pink was always going to be part of it, but that shoot made everything click.

So when it came time to plan my own day, we recreated that same lush, romantic energy, and did it entirely in silk. no fresh flowers, something we’re so used to working with at All Pretty Events and Decor.

Fresh or silk, it’s not about the material, it’s about the hands putting it together. When you have a team that truly understands colour and texture, silk is just as luxurious as anything fresh, without the wilting, without the price tag.
