A week in Paris with my best friend and my go-to wedding day assistant just before my 25th birthday felt pretty special. 🇫🇷

So much inspiration, so many laughs, and a reminder of how grateful I am for the journey that’s brought me here.

Today is my actual birthday, and I’m feeling incredibly thankful for every couple, every wedding, and every opportunity that has helped grow this business.

Wedding season is right around the corner and I’m so excited for everything ahead. ✨

Back in June, I had the privilege to be a part of Anessa & Josh’s special day. They were the sweetest, most laid back couple💗

Their love was evident throughout the whole night. From the moment the rain stopped and sun peaked through the clouds right as Anessa walked down the aisle to their choreographed first dance - it was a day to remember forever💝

With this brutal snowstorm outside, I’m reminiscing about my favourite season—fall 🍂
This shoot felt so personal to me. The warmth, the softness, the quiet romance… it’s everything that continues to shape my brand and the weddings I love to create.

Choosing to do this shoot in October, in this kind of weather, felt like the best way to truly represent me and my brand—effortless, cozy, and never forced. I’ll always choose a cozy sweatsuit or jeans and a top over a structured blazer, and that laid-back, intentional energy is something I bring into every wedding I plan 🤍

It’s been over 2 whole years since Liv & Love Weddings, so I thought it was the perfect time to reintroduce myself — hi, I’m Olivia! (Hence the “Liv” in Liv & Love)🌸

I’m the lead planner and founder behind Liv & Love Weddings, and over the past two years I’ve had the joy of bringing my couples’ dream days to life. I’ve grown so much, met so many amazing people, and I can’t wait to keep creating magic. Here are some fun facts about me! 🥰

1. I’m Type A to my core.
Organization, colour-coding, timelines, checklists. I truly think I thrive under pressure and stress. Every part of my life is planned to the final detail!🤓
2. I’m 24!
Yes, I’m young — but I see that as my biggest strength. I’m hungry to learn, excited to grow, and confident in my ability to lead, execute, and create unforgettable wedding days. ✨🎀
3. I work a full-time 9–5 at a creative agency.
Balancing both worlds isn’t always easy, but the end result for my couples makes it so worth it. 💼☕️
4. I love to travel and hope to step into destination weddings soon.
Manifesting European sunsets and tropical vows. ✈️🌴🌅
5. I’m a Pisces ♓️
Sensitive? Yes. Do I cry at every wedding? Absolutely.💗🌙
6. I recently fell in love with hot power yoga.

7. I’m a Winners/Marshalls/HomeSense fanatic.
Worked at Winners for five years… and I still miss the employee discount. 🛍️🤭💸
8. I’m Russian!
Born in Canada but fluent in the language. 🇷🇺
9. Reality TV is my guilty pleasure.
If it exists, I’ve probably watched it. 🍿📺
10. I’m obsessed with fall.
The colours, the cozy vibes, the golden light — which is exactly why I chose to shoot my branding photos outdoors this season. 🍂📸🧡
