Hey folks a quick update I've been hanging over at Eats in Dartmouth and we do cooking classes here are a few dates and classes that you should join Me and Chef Richard

Spanish Table and tapas: Paella and salt cod brandade, chorizo fritters and rolled saffron omelettes – incredible Spanish flavours with wine tastings $45 person plus HST
Thursday March 26th & April 2nd 2015 7pm – 9pm
Normandy Bistro: The kings and queens of culinary riches- we visit some traditional and not so traditional recipes of Normandy and sample some regional wines , Arugula salad with Andouille Balsamic Vinaigrette, Rolled brie and onion omelette à la Mère Poulard, Seafood Pot au Feu, a delicious seafood stew $45 per person plus HST
Thursday April 9th & 16th 2015 7pm – 9pm
Comfort food: The heart and soul of our culinary landscape, simple but pleasurable foods we crave! Mushroom, pine nut, arugula and ricotta risotto, Goat Cheese and Tomato Strudel, chocolate mousse $45 per person plus hst
Thursday April 23th & 30th 2015 7pm – 9pm
Chefs Tips and Tricks Volume one: Learn basic and advanced cutting techniques, classic spice/herb combinations, top ten home chef cooking challenges. We will cook the perfect potato frites with truffle aioli, cook and rest the perfect steak, make a soufflé that would make Paul Bocuse sing, or at least yodel. Create incredible salad dressings from scratch and be empowered to learn some of the basic all Chefs treat as cannon. $45 per person
