I was recently asked about the business name Daydream Event Co., how I chose it, + what it means to me. So I thought I’d share how Daydream came to be…

I’ve always been someone with my head in the clouds and my heart set on making big dreams happen. It started as a little girl, redecorating my room several times a year- making things prettier, cozier, more unique. Then into my teen years where I dreamt of travels, escaping my hometown, and finding purpose in something creative. Then into my adulthood where I met the love of my life and immediately started picturing a beautiful future + a wedding that would make the people in our lives see and feel our love within a room. When all of these daydreams, more often than not, came into the world just as good or better than I pictured them, I knew that I could make other people’s daydreams a reality too.

Having a hope and a dream become a tangible experience - a daydream turn into a memory- is a wish I have for everyone. It’s something I strive toward everyday, not just for myself but for all of my Daydream clients too!

I’m so excited to announce that Daydream is partnering with Repeat Floral to repurpose wedding day flowers 🌸 Clients working with Daydream will have the opportunity to make an impact on the community by donating used arrangements through Repeat Floral! Flowers are refreshed, rearranged & brought into spaces where they’ll be appreciated after your wedding day is over! Taylor + Dallas | A day that felt enchanted 🦢✨ when planning and designing for these two, I could feel the genuine spark between them. That magic needed to be encapsulated into their day, and what a fairytale it was!

We chose ample fabrics, earthy moss, lace trim, swirling calligraphy, whimsical florals, and of course a storybook venue to set the scene for their happily ever after 💍
