Been playing with some fresh trout for a client’s upcoming anniversary party! How adorable are these hors d’œuvres? 😍

Fresh trout salad on toasted naan bites with a garlic-herb yogurt sauce, radish sticks, chives & dill or micro greens.

It’s an amazing event for a great cause! All proceeds this year go to SARC (Southeastern Alberta Sexual Assault Response Committee) who do extremely important work in our community! These pretty little bites were a huge hit last night at the Food & Beverage Expo, along with our (dare I say..) famous bacon wrapped dates! We couldn’t pump them out fast enough 😅
