We had some leftover ham from our “Meal Packs” so we made some Ham, Potato & Corn Chowder soup! It smells yummy in our kitchen! Soup season is coming soon!❤️

Mondays in the kitchen are always spent making the recipes for Nutrition By Michelle! This is just one of the recipes for this week (Cheeseburger Salad). This recipe came with 4 portions for the clients😀

Here are the options for "Freezer Drop Friday" meals for the month of September! These are all vacuum sealed for your convenience and will last in the freezer for up to 3-4 months. Let us help you with meal planning for the busy upcoming school season!

-A slice of our Shepherds Pie along with mixed vegetables (broccoli, peppers & sugar snap peas)

-Chicken enchiladas topped with enchilada sauce & cheddar cheese (2 enchiladas)

-Ground sesame chicken with rice & broccoli

-Bacon, egg & cheese breakfast bun (2-pack)

Well that’s another “Meal Pack” done for another month! Thank you all for your orders! It is truly appreciated!❤️

We will post the “Freezer Drop Friday” meal packs tomorrow (I’m aiming to have these ready on Friday Sept 4th) and then as usual the September “Meal Pack” info will be posted on Sept 1st.

We may also be looking for another helper in the kitchen going into the busy Fall/Xmas season so keep an eye on our socials for that info😀

Me & the girls were beasts in the kitchen today so we may have the “Meal Packs” ready for pickup tomorrow evening instead of Saturday so if that pickup time works for you then please send me a message. If something comes up and meals won’t be ready until Saturday (as planned) then I will let everyone know😀

Im selling my Cima-Pak tray sealer if anyone is interested please message me. Its a brand new machine and I’ve used it twice seals and works excellent but doesn’t work great for freezer meals unfortunately. I am just looking to get what I paid for it ($2100)
