SOLD OUT: Tampopo + Ramen Night at The 44 🍜🎬
Tuesday December 9th at 6:30pm

We’re doing something special at The 44:
a screening of Tampopo – the cult Japanese “ramen western” about the quest for the perfect bowl – with an actual bowl of incredible ramen.

Local treasure Jan Gumbmann is cooking a proper, from-scratch ramen for everyone. Watch a film about ramen while eating the real thing.

We’ll be projecting Tampopo on our huge new, legit-from-Hollywood silver screen, so it’s going to look gorgeous.
If you love food, film, or just weird little island nights that feel different from everything else, this one’s for you.

Victoria people! you can come over for the day as a ferry walk-on and make the last ferry back - The 44 is only 10 mins up from the ferry.
