Jeff and I first spoke of hiring a destination wedding coordinator after a few months of being engaged, when I met Nashila at a wedding show. After speaking to her I saw for the first time how much details there were involved when having a destination wedding. Which brought me to my next concern; I was a bit of a perfectionist and could turn into bridezilla at any moment. From the day we got engaged I knew what I wanted but was unsure how to carry it all out. I began finding it difficult to have an elegant/classy wedding on a beach because I was overwhelmed with the amount of details and work necessary to carry it out far. Having Nashila by our side was the most comforting feeling ever!

From the very first email, we knew that Weddings in the Tropics were the people we needed that understood the most. It was Nashila Remtulla that took the time to speak to me without limits for almost 2 years. She was and is the most pleasant person to speak to...I just felt so comfortable and connected when speaking to her because she portrayed nothing but love, and just so much care for both Jeff and I. She has a tendency of smiling through her voice and it is this uniqueness that made the planning and our wedding day unforgettable. She always made us feel as we were her family and that is hard to come by. She is extremely classy, elegant, and an overall unique woman. She always listened to our ideas and always gave us excellent advice as to how to accomplish what we wanted. After so many years of her experience she is truly knowledgeable in etiquette and the dynamics of her job. Nashila didn’t just stop at helping us (bride & groom) but she also was there for our family and friends. We needed a lot of help with travel arrangements for our out of town guest. We wanted to ensure the family members travelling to Mexico were stress free and just arrived to paradise with great food and umbrellas in their drinks and Nashila and her team did just that with smiles the entire time. She is an amazing individual and our wedding was completely flawless in our eyes. We had sunshine, rainbows (blessings from above) and even rain for good luck in our new life together. Our family and friends are still talking about this unforgettable trip.
