The inaugural Acoustic Roots Festival took place August 31 - September 2, 2013 on the banks of the picturesque Mira River at Two Rivers Wildlife Park, Grand Mira North. Nestled among the natural beauty of Two Rivers Wildlife Park, the Acoustic Roots Festival offers a variety of acoustic music spanning the genres of Folk, Blues, Celtic, Country and Bluegrass. Following the initial Festival performances, organizers received numerous positive comments regarding the quality and variety of the entertainment. The Acoustic Roots Festival not only provides excellent entertainment for the entire family but also serves as an important fundraiser for Two Rivers Wildlife Park.
