After spending 14 years in Event Management and Coordination & specializing in weddings, I ventured out into small business in the fitness industry as a Franchisee for 5 years. In 2016, I decided to sell my Franchises and in 2017 return to the Industry I loved. My favorite part of a wedding was the day-of, I loved being in the thick of things and ensuring every Bride received her perfect day. So,

I ventured out again to bring my business skills, event coordination experience and personality to life my own Event Company. Entrepreneur at heart and organized planner at your service! I know you will enjoy working with Encore Events, why have it any other way!

Day-of Coordination — do you really need it?

Well… let’s break it down.

Do you want a professional team that knows the ins and outs of a wedding day?

A team that handles the hiccups — because trust us, they happen — without you ever needing to know?

Someone to keep your timeline on track, manage your vendors, set up the details you’ve spent months planning, and make sure everything comes together exactly as it should?

Someone there when the weather changes, your dress needs a quick repair, a vendor is running late, or Plan A suddenly becomes Plan B?

And at the end of the night? We’re still there — managing teardown and making sure everything is taken care of.

Westcoast wedding at its finest! Today we spent the day at Whonnock Lake celebrating the union of Natalie and Colton,
And although the stormy day caused for some concern, we managed to grab a window of time to see them walk down the aisle on this lush terrace and the wedding went off without a hitch!! Great lineup of vendors!!

Meet Stephanie, Shes the Encore OG Alumni!! Stephanie joined the Encore Team as the first assistant in 2018 when I was a one woman business, and quickly grew into a Senior Planner & Event Production Specialist! Stephanie has a keen eye for detail, and magnificent management skills! I am so blessed to have her on board for the 9th season!!! Some things you may not have known about Stephanie.
Her favourite music genre is Country🤠
Favourite thing to do is any kind of craft like sewing/knitting or baking/cooking. Stephanie loves to be creative and make things.👩🏼‍🍳
Favorite personal accomplishment - this is a hard one! But she feels her education achievements take the top, so do we!! Stephanie has a double bachelor degree, an associate certificate, and a diploma and masters degree!!! 🎓
Stephanie's occupation outside of Encore is a Senior Programs and Planning Lead for BCFSA. 👩‍💼

Paige is a glowing addition to the Encore Team, joining us in 2025 and bringing her energy, passion and style to our clients and team. Here are a few things we want to share about Paige outside of her amazing work here at Encore! Coming from Alberta, it’s not surprising.. Paige is a Country girl at heart, but she also loves classic rock and EDM too!
If Paige gets a night off, her favorite way to spend the night is self care and watching Harry Potter.
