Well, this definitely isn’t a post I wanted to have to make. 🤍
I logged into my PASS account this morning to upload a client gallery and was greeted with an unexpected message regarding the platform.
Because of this, I will be transitioning all of my client galleries over to Pic-Time, with the goal of completing the move by September 19, 2026.
As a precaution, I’m asking all of my clients to please make sure your galleries are fully downloaded and safely backed up before September 19, just in case any galleries or images don’t transfer properly during the migration.
While I will do everything I can to ensure the transition goes smoothly, I unfortunately cannot be responsible for any galleries or images that do not successfully transfer over. This is why it is so important that you download and save your full gallery before the September 19 deadline.
I am truly sorry for the inconvenience and completely understand how frustrating this may be. I’ll do everything I can to make the transition as smooth as possible, and I really appreciate your patience and understanding. 🤍
