And that is a wrap.. The Bombtastic Events By Trista chapter has now closed.

Since November 2022, I have met many people, some became friends, and some became family. The decision to close this chapter of my life was one that was not taken gently but when it begins to affect aspects of my life and I lose my spark, it was time to make the decision to close the chapter.

To those who made my time as Bombtastic Events By Trista eventful, exciting, rewarding, I send a huge thank you, not only for your return to my shows but for showing me the kindness when I felt like I wasn’t doing the best I could.

Planning events is something that is not easy, most times you wear multiple hats, sometimes you have to grin and take the cruel words that may come out of some peoples mouths, how you handle those is up to you. There was a few events that made me want to throw in the towel I will admit, but after hearing from vendors that they had a great time even though there was factors out of our control that may have altered how the event went, that was the factor that kept me going. But now I have a new dream that has been a long time in the making, it is now time to shift gears and open a new chapter in my life.

For those wondering what’s next, I will still be planning different things, but this time I will be doing it from a different sector. I will be opening a day program and group home for kids and teens with mental and physical disabilities. So, if you would like to stay tuned to what my next chapter looks like, be sure to send me a message and I’ll send you my personal Facebook.

In the meantime, I am taking the skills that I have learned and obtained in the almost 3 years of being an event coordinator, and designing flyers and videos, I am starting a little side gig designing promotional products for businesses.

So now I go by Creative Core Graphics.

This Saturday!!!

Dig out those red and black clothes and join us this Saturday June 28th at the Madoc Kiwanis Hall 139 St Lawrence St E for our Queen of Hearts Ball.

Tickets for this event are $45 each or 2 for $75, kids 12 and under $20, this fee includes your entrance, dinner and dance. Tickets can be preordered in advance, or purchased at the door.

The schedule of events will be as followed in the below photo.

We have 11 items that will be available for our auction.
We have a big ticket item! Be sure to check out the Facebook event page to see what items are up for auction!

All proceeds from the auction will be going to local animal shelters.

The auction will be done as a ticket draw, you receive a ticket with your entrance and there is the option to purchase more tickets. $2 each, 3/$5 or an arms length for $10.

The dinner that will be occurring at 5pm will consist of pulled pork, roast beef, California Veggies, roasted potatoes and gravy and buns.

We will have a live band playing called County Line!

Cash is preferred for this event, but there will be a square debit machine at the event as well if needed.

This is an event you are not going to want to miss!

So it is with a lot of consideration, I have made the decision to fully shut down Bombtastic Events By Trista on July 1st. There will not be another Canadian Combo.

There is a lot of factors that have been considered with making this decision, and also talking to other event hosts and they are seeing the same things that I have.

So with that being said after the Queen of Hearts Ball on the 28th, I will be starting to slowly deactivate any accounts associated with this business.

I want to thank everyone for your support over the past couple years, and to the friendships I have made I will cherish those always.

But the time has come to change my goals and re-evaluate what the next goal is. If you would like to me on my next adventure be sure to add me on my personal account (pm me for that account), but for now we will finish out the month and our last event and then close this chapter on July 1st.

Are you an animal lover and looking to get your business name out there?

We are looking for donations to our auction for our Queen of Hearts Ball happening on June 28th. All proceeds from the auction will be going to local animal shelters to help them with any upcoming costs they may have.
