New Position Available : Lead Cook - Full Time
Start Date: April 2026
Job Description:
Join our growing team this season! We are seeking a Full Time Lead Cook who is comfortable and confident in a fast-paced culinary environment. The position will play a key leadership role in daily kitchen operations and off-site events, ensuring consistent food quality, efficient prep ex*****on and smooth service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and/or oversee daily prep lists
- Prepare and cook multi-course meals (with team assistance) for a variety of event types and sizes
- Ensure all food is prepared to standard and quality expectations
- Maintain proper food handling, labelling and storage procedures
- Assist with inventory management
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of kitchen experience (lead or supervisory preferred but not required)
- Skills: Confidence in your cooking skills with the ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Personality: Outgoing, friendly, and enthusiastic about food and hospitality
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekend
