Let the season begin! 🌻🌷🪻
The farm stand is officially OPEN! 💐💐💐

Lots happening here this month. And it’s not the fun stuff. It’s mostly weeding, amending beds and planting seedlings on repeat! Throw in Mothers Day (thank you for choosing our flowers 💐) and I’m officially behind schedule.🧐
Despite my inability to stay on top of things there’s some gorgeous blooms showing up. You can expect:
🌸Ranuculus
🌼Anemone
🪻Stock
🌻Sunflower
🌷Allium
To make their way into a bouquet near you!

She kinda sneaks up on you.
One minute it’s February and you’re leisurely sowing seeds and sipping coffee. And the next, you’re running around like the grass is on fire!
Despite the chaos, there’s some beautiful things happening:
There’s 1000’s of seedlings growing in the basement. 🌱
The hoop house is bursting with ranuculus, anemones, fragrant stock, sweet peas and other beauties!🪻
The tulips are up! Whoop whoop! 🌷
The lilacs are budding! 🌿
The daffodils are putting on a show with their sunny faces. 🌼
It’s gearing up to be a spectacular season.🌻

If you are looking for a pop of spring colour to round out your holiday weekend, the stand is stocked with sunny daffodils grown right here on the farm.

Once these meadow inspired arrangements are finished blooming, you can plant them in your garden and these cuties will multiply and reward you for years to come!

HAPPY SPRING !🌷🪻
It might not look like much, but the farm is coming alive. 🌱And so I am I 🤣
I’m slowly easing into the rhythm of the season and the chores that come with this gig.
It’s looking like our earliest blooms are a couple weeks ahead of last year. 😬 Sorry Easter 🐣.

I officially declare “the best laid plans…” will be the farm motto this year. 😘

Rather than complete (who am kidding—start) some farm tasks I thought scrolling might provide some inspiration!✨💫

Looking through my flower pictures brings me so much joy—the colours , the textures, the shapes. It still amazes me that the seeds and bulbs that I plant and tend grow into such incredible beauty 🪻🌷

It won’t be long now before the first shoots poke through the ground and we see the first signs of spring flower season. 🌱🌿

It was an absolute pleasure to welcome so many of you to the farm! And we are equally thankful for the times you chose to share our flowers with friends and family, whether marking special occasions or enjoying everyday moments in 2025.
