Not your average GRWM. 🎧✨

Instead of outfits and mirrors, this is a Get Ready With Me for sound alchemy. The analog gear is teared down, packed up, and Music by Tatoe is ready to share his frequencies tonight.

The Details:
📍 Where: Art 4B | Burwell St London, Ontario

⏰ When: I'm on tonight at 10 PM (open from 6 to 11)

💸 Cost: 100% FREE but I wouldn't say no to a tip or 2 :) . Everyone is welcome.

The sun's out and the night is shaping up to be clear, but it is October in Ontario, so throw on a jacket and dress for that crisp fall air.

We’ll have our Canadian-made tees on hand, plus a few studio surprises waiting for you. Step away from the screens, come hang out with our community, and let the music clear the static.

Artist be artisting.
See you tonight. 🌲🎶

Making drinks is also an art, this was my 1st latte. They'll only get better from here.

Same as painting, drawing, making music, working with wood, cook, baking, even reading and writing... The more you do it, the better you get.

Might have to get myself a frother for the studio...

What's your fav drink in a café? What colour is it?

Every October, the maples let go. This year, so did I. 🍁

How many walks through the woods does it take to completely wash the digital static out of your head? For us, it's a daily visit under the canopy. The smell of earth, the crinkle of dry leaves, the rhythmic crunch underfoot that brings out childlike behaviour and tells your system we're alright.

Nature doesn't rush, and neither do we. "Earth's Exhale" was born directly out of those quiet, grounding walks. It’s not a digital graphic or a mass-produced print; it’s a portal to the forest floor, painted by real hands right here in London, Ontario. We built this piece to do what the trees do for us: calm the noise, clear the mind, and bring a deep breath of the outdoors straight into your room.

Now, this one-of-a-kind (OOAK) piece is ready to leave the studio and find its permanent wall. But instead of taking the standard corporate route, we want our community to help decide how it goes.

🎨 The Artwork: Earth's Exhale (Original) 16" x 20" Acrylic on Canvas
✍️ Creator: Shane Wilcox Artist ( Studio SHIM )
📍 Origin: Painted in London, Canada.

How should this find its new home?

KD Flowscapes 🇨🇦 Intuitive Artist started as a Dilly Dallier today. What's that? It's a barista role at Silly Lil’ Dilly-Dallier but more whimsy. Serving Cafézia Coffee and more.

At 10 am I was kinda nervous, kinda excited, same feeling btw. Why? I've been Studio SHIMing for 10 years, how would this job (working for someone else) look next to my visionary artist title.

I put on a fun shirt, got to play café for a few hours, loved it! Serving the best people, connecting with strangers. It felt like sitting in a Grandmas kitchen. No rush, just chats, and no awkwardness.

I feel I'm supposed to be in service, unsure what that looks like from year to year or month to month, but right now, THIS is what feels right, serving a warm welcome and drinks made with care.

Btw, Saying Yesssss didn't take anything away from my art, from my creative projects, if anything it added to my journey.

Unsure when I'll be scheduled next but come say Hi sometime,

Your Newest Dilly Dallier,
Kim

Slow walks are an art form 🌿
Some of us are always “meaning to” get outside. This one’s for the friend who keeps saying “we should go for a walk” and the busy person who needs permission to stop and look up.
