🌸 Easy, Social Fundraiser for Any Community Group – London, ON 🌸
Fundraising can be a huge undertaking — or it can be easy, when the event is already built and your organization simply joins and participates.
We welcome any and all organizations — big or small — including sports teams, churches, clubs, charities, non-profits, social groups, community organizations, Meetup groups, and Heylo groups in London, ON to take part in a fun, social, public fundraising event that celebrates all mothers.
📍 Location: London, ON (well-known public location)
📅 Event Dates: May 2 & May 3
⏰ Event Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Participants may arrive and participate any time during event hours.
Although the dates are months away, starting early produces the best results.
How the event works
• Participants make their way to the event location any time during event hours
• They are guided by our team of coordinators and supported by volunteer hosts
• Participants complete a very easy task
• They are automatically entered into a draw
• There are hundreds of additional draws to enter
• Participants may enter some draws or enter them all
• All draws are completely free to enter
🎁 Prizes, prizes, prizes
• Hundreds of raffles
• All are great prizes
• Prizes donated by local London retailers
• Total prize value approaching $15,000
👑 The Grand Prize
This event celebrates all mothers, and one mother will win the grand prize and be officially crowned at the conclusion of the weekend.
⏱️ The main event takes approximately 30–45 minutes, with extra time to enjoy entering draws and socializing.
It is very social and works best when friends, families, teammates, or small groups participate together.
Honour your mother by participating with her — or for her.
A shared moment that’s part of something bigger
Every participant contributes to a shared milestone.
All participation adds to a grand total that will be announced at the conclusion of the weekend, making everyone part of something collective, exciting, and a little bit huge.
Fundraising made simple
• Supporters pay a $10 participation fee
• Fundraising participants share in all revenues generated from participation fees
• Your results are driven by your reach and your supporters
• Organizations can raise thousands of dollars with very little effort
• We coordinate everything on-site
• Your organization simply sells passes
Our goal is simple: everyone has a fun, positive experience at a well-known local location.
