Meet Bean! 💛🐶 This adorable 3-year-old Pomeranian stopped by the Berkshire Club and instantly stole our hearts. With that fluffy coat, sweet little face, and lovable personality, Bean brought plenty of smiles to our day!

Meet Kitten! 💕🐱 This sweet little 2-month-old kitty stopped by the Berkshire Club with her mom for a visit, and completely stole our hearts. So tiny, so sweet, and full of curious charm, she was an absolute delight to have in!

Kids Construction Day is coming to Berkshire! 🚧👷

Join us for a day packed with big trucks, hands-on fun, games, and sweet treats at this FREE Residents-Only family event.

📅 Sunday, June 14
⏰ 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
📍 Berkshire Club Parking Lot

Kids will get the chance to explore real construction and landscaping equipment used to help keep our community running smoothly — from mini excavators and wheel loaders to snowplows, utility vehicles, and more!

Plus enjoy:
🪣 Sandbox Construction Zone
🎯 Guessing Game Station + prizes
🍦 Ice Cream Truck from 11 AM – 1 PM

Each station will include fun facts and interactive learning opportunities for curious little builders.

🌷☀️ From all of us at The Berkshire Club to you… Happy Victoria Day! ☀️🌷

Just a reminder that the Club and office will be closed this Monday, May 18th for the holiday weekend.

💪 The fitness facility will still be open as usual on Saturday, May 16th from 10 AM – 4 PM.

We’ll be back to regular hours on Tuesday, May 19th.

We hope everyone enjoys a safe, relaxing, and sunshine-filled long weekend spent with family, friends, and good company 💛

🌱🌷 Seed, Soil & Mulch is officially underway! Exclusively for Residents of Sifton Properties🌷🌱

Residents of Sifton Properties can stop by the Berkshire Club parking lot now through May 19, from 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, to pick up seed, soil, and mulch while supplies last. Just bring your own bin; we do have a limited number of pre-bagged mulch for your convenience! Staff will be on site to assist.

A big thank you to the residents who have already stopped by to kick off the season with us 🌼🌿
