I ( Sonic Time Capsule-Featuring Candice Lubick) was asked to share a link to one of our songs. So I've not been in the live world with THIS project much.

Our style is one of simple nostalgia and capturing the essence of the favourite tunes through the eras, in fun styles with an interesting bare bones arrangement of the two instruments. (Flute and Bass)

We so far only have the one recording we did for fun and left it a bit imperfect...

I'm a huge fan of "perfect imperfection" ... But we will be redoing this one lol

Some are classical and some are singable busking songs but you'll get a feel for my vocal style of flute playing. 🌬️🪈🎶

What is YOUR favorite genre of music?... I'll let you know if I play any of those tunes 😜

We tailor our sets for the gig but have a vast library and such varied tastes, that the possibilities are endless for nostalgia and fine cheese 😘.

Personally I'm a college and university classically trained 90s punk pop, classic rock kid, who grew up listening to war era music with my grandparents; later turned folkie who's worked in Blues promotion and festival artistic direction. I teach and I do studio session work.

I now do live audio production and have expanded my horizons into a bit of electrical effect and looping.

My current bassist (the masked gentleman) is a college trained 20+yr professional mixing mastering engineer, black metal artist, dj and producer in his own right. Accompanist is NOT his usual role and creative input abounds!
