Such a fabulous night last night at the Grand Gala!

We started with a burrata plate, choice of braised lamb shank, spatchcock hen or curried cauliflower for their mains and finished with a fun whimsical dessert that looked like a drumstick but was actually filled with with chocolate mousse and topped with a chocolate bomb! So fun!

Such a fun & memorable wedding! We love getting little notes like this to help us reminisce about weddings past 🫶🏻.

This couple customized their wedding marche stations based on places the lived, travelled and dated. We went to Australia, east coast Canada, west coast Canada, Ireland, Italy and the Caribbean!!! We put our heart and soul (and sometimes blood, sweat & tears) into every event to make it perfect for our clients and this one was no exception.
