R&D for our Sour Cream and Onion Onion Rings—one of the hors d’oeuvres we’re developing for upcoming menus.

We dehydrate our garden-grown chives and blend them into a fine powder, coating each onion for a deep green hue and concentrated flavour. Dipped in cultured sour cream and finished with Maldon salt for that final crisp, clean hit.

Laurie from has been handcrafting our custom dishware—each piece designed with both form and function in mind. These ceramics will serve a dual purpose in our menu concept, elevating not only the food but the entire dining experience.
