One of our favourite tips for stress-free mornings (and gorgeous flat lays) is to gather a few key pieces and have them ready for your photographer.

Here’s what we recommend: a hard copy of your invite and RSVP card, your signature perfume, wedding shoes and jewellery, and a few coordinating touches like ribbon, lace from your dress, buttons, or any unique items that reflect your wedding theme.

These little details not only make for stunning photos, but they also help your photographer tell the story of your day.

Trust us: a little prep goes a long way in making your morning calm, organized, and oh-so-photogenic.

It’s no secret—wedding planning comes with a *million* little details!

No matter how organized you are, a few things always seem to slip through the cracks (trust us, we’ve seen it all!).

Here are some of the most commonly forgotten wedding day essentials:

1️⃣ Snacks for the wedding party while getting ready—because no one wants a fainting bridesmaid!
2️⃣ Buffer time: travel, bathroom breaks, and those “oops, where’s my shoe?” moments
3️⃣ Photo supplies: think lip chap, water, and a stash of emergency snacks (hangry smiles aren’t as cute)
4️⃣ Cleanup & tear down—who’s on duty and when? (Spoiler: we suggest it’s not the newlyweds! 😉)

Our job at Unmistakably You is to handle these little things so you can soak up every joyful second. Let us obsess over the checklist, while you focus on getting married to your favourite person!

We used to call it Day Of Coordination because that was the industry standard term but frankly, it's BS!

Why? Not because we don't believe in the value of day of support, we 210% do! But because there are teams that do actual day of support - you have maybe one call and a questionaire before hand and then they show up on your big day.

At UY we offer Month of Cooridation Support. You love the planning? Get down with that checklist and make the magic happen in the months (or years) leading up to your I do's. That's awesome!
But then 6 weeks before, let's sit down with a glass of wine or a cup of coffee and pull it all together.
The timing, the details, the to do's (and to pack), the contact info and more. We are gonna help you bring it all together, make sure no details have been missed and create a slightly ridiculously detailed itinerary of your day to make sure it goes off with out a hitch,

What else do we provide?
- monthly emails for 12 months before your I do's to make sure you know whats next on your list
- the ridiculously detailed timeline with lists PLUS a streamlined (and much prettier) visual timeline for your wedding party and VIPS to know when they need to be where
- a check in with everyone of your vendors the week before you walk down the aisle to make sure all the plans match and answer any questions
- a lead coordinator (and often assistant) that follows you through the whole process to make sure we understand your vision, your plans and your priorities before the day begins
- on site support for your rehearsal and your wedding day to walk you through every step so you can focus on enjoying every minute while we take care of all the details (and deal with any hiccups along the way...often without you ever knowing there was one)
