When your client asks if they can do a specially you say .. of course .. and call up your friends Lake Life Caesar Co. To help make it happen … with a varietal of their artisan mixes and rimmer, we added tajin and classic rimmers, all things pickled, pepperoni olive and artisan cheese skewers .. and .. well, it turned out pretty great .. might have to make this an option to our standard wedding package !!

And make it happen … specialty bar featuring all things pickled, a varietal of rimmers, skewers of artisan and regular cheeses and meats and olives .. and local artisan Caesar mix .. think we might need to add this as an option to our standard wedding packages, think it turned out pretty amazing !

🍂 Allie & Bryn | October 4, 2025 🍂

A picture-perfect fall day at Rolling Green Fairways Ltd. — sunshine, golden leaves, and a love-filled celebration for Allie Ostrom and Bryn Jullion. 💛 From the heartfelt ceremony at the Trapper’s Cabin to the lively reception in the pavilion, you could feel the joy everywhere — these two were so happy to be married!

Surrounded by friends and family, guests enjoyed a delicious dinner catered by RGF 19th Hole Grille featuring roast beef with horseradish aioli, garlic mashed potatoes, dill roasted carrots, and more — followed by cheesecake, mini donuts, and a late-night pizza snack 🍰🍕.

The night carried on with great music from DJ Maz Entertainment , a first dance to “Millionaire” by Chris Stapleton, and a crowd favorite specialty drink — the Shaft ☕✨

Beautiful florals by Boondock Flower Farm and thoughtful décor by the bride and her family tied everything together perfectly. The celebration kicked off the night before with a cozy rehearsal dinner at Rolling Greens — steak, baked potato, and caesar salad shared with their closest loved ones.

A perfect autumn day to celebrate love at Rolling Green Fairways! With golden leaves, sunshine, and the sweetest moments all around — Jess & Thomas tied the knot at the Trapper’s Cabin and celebrated their reception in the pavilion. 💛

The day came together beautifully with boutonnieres and a whisky barrel arrangement by Flowers On The Fly by Audina , decor by Joyous Occasions Decor & More Inc. , and a delicious meal from RGF 19th Hole Grille. Their stunning cake by On The Border Bakeshop and photos captured by Seanna Leaf Photography made the memories even sweeter 📸🍰

The girls crafted their own bouquets, and Jess & Thomas shared their first dance to “All Your’n” by Tyler Childers — the perfect song to end a perfect day. 💫

On September 20th, these two tied the knot at the most perfect spot — Hole 12 at Rolling Green Fairways, with their reception in the pavilion. 💍🌿

From the dreamy florals by Thought The Grape Vine, to the cozy touches we styled with Oak & Ivory’s rentals, every detail came together beautifully. Guests enjoyed a delicious meal from RGF 19th Hole Grill, the sweetest cake by , and a magical first dance to “Weight Of Your World” by Chris Stapleton. 🥂💫

It was truly a day to remember. 💕

Another look, this time in stills. Soft light at the Trapper’s Cabin, a quiet tribute with a reserved chair, easy laughs during lawn games, and the kind of smiles that say “we did it.” Later, the Pavilion glowed as the night unfolded just the way they hoped.

🤍 Jennifer + Clifford | August 30

An intimate ceremony beside the fountain, surrounded by family, tradition, and so much joy.

Their families thoughtfully handled the décor, flowers, photos and music, creating a day that felt personal from the first look to the last dance. Jennifer and Clifford were simply thrilled to be married, and it showed in every smile.

Dinner was prepared by our 19th Hole Grill team, and the night unfolded beautifully with their first dance to “Now You’re Here” by Jonny Houlihah.

✨ Kailee + Alex | August 30, 2025 ✨

Kailee and Alex tied the knot at our Trapper’s Cabin, with family and friends gathered under the classic arch and benches for a heartfelt ceremony. After mingling with guests (and a beer tub!) they rolled away in a limo bus for photos, before returning to a Pavilion reception that was filled with love and laughter. 💍

The night was full of personal touches, from Pickleback Shots and Shafts as signature drinks 🍸 to a first dance to "Millionaire" by Chris Stapleton. Guests enjoyed a feast of prime rib with all the fixings (Caesar salad, garlic mashed potatoes, veggie medley, and buns) from our 19th Hole Grill catering team, ending with apple crisp and carrot cake for dessert. 🍰

We loved hosting this beautiful celebration. Congratulations Kailee and Alex! 🤍

🤍 In mid-July, these gorgeous newlyweds took full advantage of both of our favourite spaces, an intimate ceremony at the rustic Trappers Cabin, followed by a laid-back, laughter-filled reception in the Pavilion.

Our team treated these two food lovers (and their guests) to a build-your-own pasta bar, complete with lasagna, chicken Alfredo, Caesar salad, garlic-toasted ciabatta, and all the toppings. Proving(once again) that every Rolling Green wedding is a blank canvas for personal flavours. Topping it off was a build-your-own nacho bar for the late-night crowd.

To our happy couple: thank you for trusting the RGF crew to bring your “outside-the-box” vision to life. Wishing you a lifetime of joy, adventure, and perfectly layered lasagna noodles. 🍝💍
