With perfect weather overhead, the couple exchanged vows at Trapper's Cabin surrounded by family and friends. Their ceremony featured a charming octagon archway, whiskey barrel accents, and an intimate outdoor setting that perfectly complemented the day.

The reception continued with timeless touches, including our classic ceiling draping package and barnboard backdrop, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests to celebrate the newlyweds.

Guests enjoyed a comfort-food-inspired meal prepared by The 19th Hole Grill, featuring BBQ pulled pork, baked beans, mac and cheese, coleslaw, potato salad, biscuits, and homemade desserts. The evening wrapped up with a crowd-pleasing poutine bar!

One of the things we love most about weddings is watching a couple's vision come to life. From the ceremony setup and reception décor to catering and day-of support, it was a pleasure helping bring this special celebration together.

Camryn & Aaron 🤍

Elegant, timeless, and filled with thoughtful details—Camryn and Aaron’s wedding day was one to remember.

With rain in the forecast, everyone was keeping a close eye on the skies, but thankfully the weather cooperated and allowed for a beautiful outdoor ceremony at Trapper’s Cabin. Sixteen benches lined the aisle, each accented with fresh florals, creating a stunning setting for the couple to say "I do."

From the very beginning, it was clear how much thought and care went into every detail. The couple built a custom cart display for the ceremony, created a personalized welcome sign, and designed a beautiful wooden seating chart adorned with fresh flowers. Their reception space featured cross-back wooden chairs, our classic ceiling draping package, a mirror ball chandelier, and a shimmering backdrop that created the perfect atmosphere for celebrating with family and friends.

One of the most talked-about details of the evening? Their creative "Drunken Cig Bar" on the patio, complete with smokes, sunglasses, temporary tattoos, Diet Coke, and plenty of laughs for guests to enjoy.

The celebration continued with a delicious meal from Rolling Green Fairways featuring chicken parmesan, perogies in mushroom sauce, dill carrots, Caesar salad, garlic toast, and decadent cheesecake and carrot cake for dessert. Guests were also treated to a late-night snack of custom grilled three-cheese sandwiches on schiacciata bread with fries and gravy.

Roxanne & Patrick 🤍

Still thinking about this beautiful spring wedding—and now that we’ve seen a few more of their stunning photos, we couldn’t help but share again ✨

From long-distance beginnings (and plenty of highway drives) to finding their way back to each other, Roxanne & Patrick’s story is such a special one—and you could feel that love in every moment of their day. From the emotional vows (yes, there were tears 💕) to the laughter, dancing, and that unforgettable walk down the aisle with their son in the wagon… it was truly a celebration full of heart.

One thing that stood out most was just how relaxed and joyful everything felt. Their vision came together so beautifully, and hearing that they were able to fully enjoy the day, stress-free, is exactly what we strive for. As Roxanne said, seeing the space for the first time was a “dream come true.”

What a beautiful (and very Saskatchewan!) spring wedding day—snowy, windy, with just the right touch of sunshine. Their ceremony took place in RGF's pavilion, which was later transformed into their reception space… and it couldn’t have been more perfect.

These two were such a sweet, easygoing couple. Roxanne had everyone feeling the emotion as she teared up during their vows—twice —and their love for each other was so genuine and heartfelt. One of the most memorable moments? Their adorable son making his way down the aisle as ring bearer, pulled in a wagon with the cutest little sign!

They spent the day before decorating and bringing their vision to life, and it truly showed. From thoughtful touches like their tree and gift ideas to the warm, welcoming atmosphere, everything came together beautifully.

Their celebration continued with a delicious meal from Rolling Greens—chicken parmesan, garlic mashed potatoes, dill carrots, and fresh salads—followed by cupcakes shared with loved ones and a relaxed evening together.
