It’s has been a very very very busy fall…
Today I must thank Dorothy with Lloydminster Construction Association for asking me to provide some appies/finger foods. I may have gone overboard a bit but I had the best helper and it was super easy . We made: two choices of pinwheels, veggie and dip tray, surprise spread, pizza dip, cucumbers with dill dip and a tomato, fruit tray with dip, cherry and blueberry cream cheese dip served with graham crackers, and some treats such as honey coated cashews and almonds, yougurt covered raisins and cranberries, and a couple of other choices….
Thank you Brie for sharing your artistic talents and all the help….

This weekend we had the pleasure of serving Shane and Keri their wedding reception. Their menu of choice was : Caesar salad, roasted potatoes with butter, onion and dill, creamed corn and cream cheese stuffed chicken wrapped with bacon. For dessert skor bar cake, Oreo cheesecake, lemon lush and gluten free strawberry jello cheesecake. Thank you to my awesome young crew Brie, Reid, Jax and always(not so young) Jim. For midnight lunch we served pulled pork, buns and coleslaw.

Thank you to Davin and Sadie for asking us to cater their wedding. What a fun couple and wedding party. Their menu of choice was: Caesar salad, Greek salad, potatoes with onions and dill, California blend veggies, chicken in a white wine sauce. And for dessert: skor cake, lemon layered, cheesecake with strawberries and fruit salad. For midnight lunch we served hot dogs with home made hot dog buns.

A huge thank you to Clayton and Taylor for asking me to cater your wedding reception. Their menu of choice was Caesar salad, macaroni salad, mashed potatoes, California blend veggies, Greek chicken, pork loin chops, mushroom gravy. And for dessert…apple caramel cheesecake, plain cheesecake with cherry or strawberry topping, Oreo cheesecake, lemon lush, chocolate lush.and gluten free strawberry cheesecake topped with jello . Thank you for asking me to be a part of your special day.
A big thank you to Ruth, Pam, Iralynn, Reid, Jax and always Jim. What a great crew…

We had the pleasure of serving a beautiful wedding in Vermilion for a beautiful couple.
Their menu of choice was: broccoli cauliflower salad, multi-layered salad(made my day with this choice as it is my favourite salad), corn with butter and dill, ham with honey mustard sauce or apple sauce, and a baked potato bar with topping of butter, sour cream, bacon bits, cheese and caramelized onions. Desserts were: lemon blueberry cheesecake, pistachio layered ,apple caramel cheesecake, strawberry shortcake, skor bar cake and fruit salad.
It was a long hot day but truly a pleasure to serve a wonderful group.

Yesterday we served a intimate beach wedding for a beautiful bride. Their menu of choice was: charcuterie table to start..supper was a taco bar which included..coleslaw, tater tot potatoes , taco beef, pulled pork, pulled chicken and toppings of shredded lettuce, cheese, salsa, hot sauce, guacamole, pickled onions, pico de gallo, sour cream and dessert choice of cheesecake with toppings of apple caramel, blueberry, cherry, strawberries along with skor cake and Oreo cheesecake. Midnight lunch was poutine.
It was a worth every one of my 16,500 steps and I want to thank Kirsten and Chris for asking us to serve you. The pleasure was all mine.
As always I must thank Pam, Brielynn, Lexi, Iralynn and as always Jim.

Yesterday we had the pleasure of serving the wedding of Hailey and Nolan. What an awesome couple and family to work with. Their menu of choice was: Caesar salad, broccoli/cauliflower salad, potatoes roasted with onions and dill, creamed corn, roast beef, parmesean chicken and Perogies. For desserts it was skor cake, strawberry shortcake, apple caramel cheesecake and fruit salad.
To my crew, Ruth, Pam, Iralynn, Lexi , Reid and Jax I thank you for an awesome job..

Their menu of choice was…Caesar salad, mashed potatoes, carrots with peas in butter and dill, Perogies, cabbage rolls, roast beef and all the trimmings. Dessert choices were skor bar cake, pumpkin delight, pistachio layered and cheesecake with blueberry topping.
