(OPEN TO ALL AGES)
Thursday September 25th from 3:45 - 4:45 pm
All skaters 18 years of age and under are REQUIRED to wear a CSA approved helmet on the ice surface.
It is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED that all skaters, regardless of age, wear a CSA approved helmet at all times while on the ice surface.
Failure to wear recommended protective equipment while using the facility is at your own risk.
Children 12 years and under MUST be supervised in the arena by a parent or designate adult during public skates.

REVISED, starting next week!! Stability Ball Stretch moved to Monday and Dance 2 Fit on Wednesday is 6 -7 pm, now a 1 hr class! Class Schedule for the The 6 week Group Fitness Class Schedule in effect until October 17th.

Week of Sept (8th-12th): Sept 8th – No Kickboxing or Stretch, Sept 9th – No Kickboxing, Sept 10th – No stability Ball Stretch

CLASS DETAILS:
Kickboxing (capacity 10) (All Levels)
• Using combinations of punching + kicking this class will give you a great full body workout.
• Participants are encouraged to bring their own gear,
Cardio, Core & Cool Down (All Levels)
• Start the class with movements to get the heart rate elevated. Improving cardiovascular health & recovery.
• Move onto your core, improving posture & balance. Finish with a light stretch.
Weight Room (All Levels)
• This class will take you onto the weight room floor to give you a full body workout.
• Gain more confidence as well as knowledge on the weight room floor.
• Increase strength & flexibility.
Functional Fitness for All (All Levels)
• Get strong with simple exercises that target all the muscle groups, focus on balance, mobility using resistance bands and weights.
10-10-10 (All Levels)
• Callisthenics, Strength training and Core.
Lower Body Stretch & Foam Roll
• A 30-minute class designed for lower body stretch and foam rolling to increase mobility.
Boot Camp
• Medium to high intensity workouts utilizing body weight movements and minimal equipment.
• Classes will target the whole body.
• Participants will perform full body movements, floor exercises and static exercises.
Senior Strength & Conditioning (All Levels)
• Improve overall strength, fitness, and mobility.
• Improve cardiovascular performance and recovery.
• Learn to perform a multitude of exercises safely.
• Improve core strength and posture.
Full Body Burn (All Levels)
• A combination of strength & cardio training for the whole body.
• Suitable for all levels of fitness and progress at your own pace.
Strength Circuit
• Improve overall strength, fitness and mobility
• Improve cardiovascular performance and recovery
• Learn to perform a multitude of exercises safely
• Improve core strength and posture
Dance 2 Fit (All Levels)
• A high energy dance fitness class
• Blends hip—hop – inspired chorography , with full-body workouts designed to burn calories and build muscle
• Mixes upbeat music, cardio and toning exercises to keep you moving
Classic Core (All Levels)
• Simple core exercises
• Reps, intervals, EMOMs, & Circuits
Stability Ball & Stretch
• A Full body following stretch, using the stability ball as a tool to increase mobility
Anything Goes (All Levels)
• Medium to high intensity workouts utilizing body weight movements and minimal equipment.
• Classes will target the whole body in a circuit fashion.
• Participants will perform full body movements, floor exercises and static exercises
Full Body Stretch & Foam Roll
• A 30-minute class designed for a full stretch of the entire body and increase mobility.
Balance, Strength & Stability (All Levels)
• Increase your balance, strength &stability can reduce risk of falls, improve overall wellbeing & quality of life especially as we age.
