FLASH CLASS Descriptions:
Dance2Fit Kids
Maximum 10 participants
Ages 7-12
Preregister by calling 902-354-4422
Parents/guardians must complete a youth participant waiver before participation.
- High-energy dance fitness class for kids ages 7-12.
- Build confidence, coordination, and fitness skills.
- Fun, welcoming, and active environment.
- Just bring your energy and get ready to dance! 💃🕺
Kickboxing
Capacity 10 participants
All levels
- Using combinations of punching + kicking this class will give you a great full body workout.
- Participants are encouraged to bring their own gear.
Chair Pilates
Capacity 12 participants
Beginner/Intermediate
- Strengthen your core, improve flexibility, and enhance posture.
- Low impact, full-body workout focused on controlled movements and breath awareness.
- Mindful and effective approach to movement that leaves you feeling centered and energized.
Dance2Fit
Capacity 25 participants
All levels
- A high energy dance fitness class!
- Blends hip-hop - inspired choreography, with full-body workouts designed to burn calories and build muscle.
- Mixes upbeat music, cardio, and toning exercises to keep you moving!
Friday Stretch
Capacity 12 participants
- A low-impact class focused on stretching, flexibility, and mobility.
- Gentle movement designed to help reduce tension and improve range of motion.
- Leave feeling refreshed, relaxed, and ready for the weekend ahead!
