A room full of people, a buffet line moving, and a cause worth showing up for.

We were honoured to cater the Bring Hearts Home event for the Chinook Regional Hospital Foundation, supporting cardiac care close to home.

Thank you for having us! Events like this are some of our favourites to be part of. ❤️

It might be September, but the holidays are already on our minds. 🎄

Menu development starts months out. The team gathers to taste everything on the shortlist, talks through what's working and what isn't, and adjusts from there. A sauce gets reworked. A side gets swapped. Something unexpected earns its place.

By December, every dish has been tested, tasted, and agreed on by the whole team.

You can tell a lot about a corporate event by the third session of the day.

Are people still engaged, or are they checking their phones? Is the room laughing, or just waiting for the break?

Comfortable seating, natural light, food that isn't an afterthought, and a room that doesn't wear people down. It all adds up to an audience that's still with you at 3pm.

Choosing a venue shouldn't mean coordinating five of them. Everything your guests need is already here.✨

Meet the Rosemary Paloma. 🌿

Tequila, fresh lime, rosemary simple syrup, and a splash of grapefruit soda. Bright, herbaceous, and the kind of drink that sets the tone the moment it hits the table.

Just one of the vintage cocktails you can add to a Prime bar, for whatever you're celebrating. 🥂

We know events! And trust us when we say, guests appreciate the details: a well-planned layout, a great menu, and an agenda that flows.

The layout and set up of the space matters just as much. Natural light, room to step away, and fresh air close by keep energy and focus high from the first session to the last.

The dance floor is full. The energy is high. And nobody is ready to call it a night. 🎉This is how we measure success.
